The Basement Beginning
What started as weekend consulting sessions in my cramped Bangkok apartment basement has grown into something I never quite expected. Back then, I was helping a local restaurant chain connect their POS system to their delivery platforms — sounds simple now, but their sales jumped 40% in the first month just because orders stopped getting lost between systems.
The Growth Challenge
By mid-2023, we were handling integration projects for over 200 businesses across Thailand. Success brought its own problems, though — I was working 16-hour days and still couldn't keep up with demand. That's when I realized we needed to completely rethink how we approach API integrations. Instead of custom-building everything from scratch, we developed our modular integration framework.
Building What's Next
These days, we're working with everyone from street food vendors who want to automate their inventory tracking to multinational corporations expanding into Southeast Asian markets. What excites me most isn't the size of our client base — it's watching business owners sleep better at night because their systems finally work the way they should.
Where We're Headed
Looking ahead to 2026, our focus remains straightforward: making business technology work better for real people running real companies. We're developing integration solutions that don't require a computer science degree to understand, and we're expanding our reach to help more businesses across Southeast Asia streamline their operations.
